ONE GRID. ONE LITTLE DIFFERENCE.

THE LITTLE THINGS

Follow the strokes, not the meaning

These puzzles use the outlines, curves and gaps in familiar symbols. A crossbar can be missing, a curve can become a corner, or a loop can open. You do not need to name the symbol to solve the grid. Look for the one drawing that does not match the repeated shape around it.

A way to look

Trace the shape in a consistent order: top, middle, then bottom. Comparing the empty space inside a letter can help you spot a changed stroke. When the grid gets dense, use Zoom in to keep the lines clear.

One small find, then another

  1. Find the one that is different

Tap or click the drawing that does not match. Every puzzle has one answer. A wrong tap lets you keep looking.

  2. Find your pace

Play without a time limit, or choose the optional 30-second timer. Complete a grid size to unlock the next; replay any size you have already opened.

  3. Keep your discoveries

Before you play

Is this a spelling or math game?

Neither. Letter play and Letters & numbers are about how symbols look. There are no words to unscramble, calculations to finish or language questions to answer. Each grid has one visually different symbol, just like the animal puzzles.

Can I play these puzzles on my phone?

Yes. Use a phone, tablet or desktop browser. Tap the different drawing on a touchscreen, or click with a mouse. Larger grids have a Zoom in option, and Hint can help when you are stuck.

Will I lose my progress if I switch themes?

No. Each chapter keeps its completed levels and unlocked grid sizes. Guest progress is saved in this browser. Sign in while online to sync it across devices; clearing browser data can remove a guest save.
